התוכנית מיועדת לסטודנטיות שאינן בעלות רקע דתי
המעונינות לשלב בלימודיהם האקדמאיים חוויה לימודית יהודית.
הלימודים מתקיימים בקבוצת לימוד משותפת, בה נידונים ונלמדים מגוון נושאים בתחומי היהדות.
משתתפות התוכנית לומדות סוגים רבים של טקסטים, ומכירות את המחשבה היהודית לתקופותיה, ואת צורת החיים היהודית כפי שהתגבשה במהלך הדורות, תוך מתן דגש על תחום המשפחה היהודית.
מסגרת התוכנית היא של 8 ש"ש ,
תלמידות התכנית יהיו פטורות מקורסי יסוד לפי המפתח המקובל במדרשה לנשים,
וכן זכאיות למלגה בגובה מחצית שכר לימוד
